A new cover and remix EP, ‘Bye Bye Boy 2564’, has been released to commemorate the 25th anniversary of the 1995 debut of classic J-pop artist Nanase Aikawa. The EP’s lead track, ‘Bye Bye Boy feat. P-Hot, Mindset and Milli (DeejayB Remix)’, is also available as a video on YouTube; this cover of the 1996 song features guest turns from P-Hot, a hugely popular rapper/singer whose track ‘Bye Bye’ has generated over 150 million plays on YouTube; Mindset, a content-maker with over 2 million YouTube subscribers; Milli, Thailand’s top female rapper; and DeejayB, one of Thailand’s leading beatmakers. In short, the track has been produced by a supergroup of Thailand’s youth-culture leaders.

Jetty Bones Announces Debut LP ‘Push Back’ w/ New Single “That’s All”
Singer, multi-instrumentalist, and producer Jetty Bones (aka Kelc Galluzzo) has announced her debut LP Push Back – due out February 26th via Rise Records. With songs that dart between alt-pop confection, indie rock jolt, acoustic melancholy, and even a stomp-and-clap bluegrass romp, Galluzzo worked alongside producer and mixer John Fields (Jonas Brothers, Demi Lovato, Miley Cyrus) to fully realize a set of bedroom recordings she had mapped out in 2019. “I started focused on my mental health, followed my own medicine, practiced what I preached, and actually took care of my brain. This record is more definitive of the project, because I was intentional with it. I worked through everything” says Galluzzo.

Callie Reiff & Lenii Join Forces For “The Kids Are All Rebels 2.0”
After watching the 2020 Presidential Debate, Lenii wrote a rap-verse calling out the unbalanced systems America is built on and posted it on TikTok. After 2 million views and an overwhelming number of requests to finish the “Gen Z anthem,” she wrote and produced the rest of the track, settling on the name “The Kids Are All Rebels.” The single was subsequently used by the Utah Democrats in an official ad campaign and has amassed over 630K streams to date. Touching on climate change, Covid-19, police brutality and sexism, the song instantly resonated with Callie Reiff, and she reached out to Lenii to see how they could collaborate. “I loved the meaning behind the record and how powerful it felt. It was the perfect track for me to combine everything I have already been working on into it and showcase this new side of my sound no one has heard yet,” Callie writes.
