London indie artist Matilda Mann shares charming video for “Happy Anniversary, Stranger”

Growing up as the only child in West London, 20-year-old Matilda Mann found herself soaking up her parent’s musical taste, which led her to writing her first song at age 11. She has been writing ever since, her debut EP ‘If That Makes Sense’, inspired by notes taken from conversations with friends, or those overheard during the tube rides and while working in a pub. Today Matilda Mann shares her new single “Happy Anniversary, Stranger” along with a charming animated video.

Following on from the release of her debut EP ‘If That Makes Sense’, which has amassed over 2.2 million streams and counting, “Happy Anniversary, Stranger” is co-written by Matt Maltese and is the third offering from Matilda’s forthcoming EP confirmed for later this year. This track showcases Matilda’s playful side, an uplifting song about fancying someone from a distance and finally getting the courage to speak to them.
