Swift Current, Saskatchewan – Canadian Country and Western star Colter Wall just dropped “High & Mighty,” the final single from his upcoming, self-produced album Western Swing & Waltzes and Other Punchy Songs before its release on August 28th. “‘High & Mighty’ is a Saskatchewan saddle bronc song written by Lewis Martin Pederson III,” says Wall. “LMP hails from around Abbey, Saskatchewan, not far from where I grew up. He’s known for rodeoing, his poetry, and in the ’70s he put out three great records—that I know of. Drone Artist ALASKAN TAPES Signs To Nettwerk; Shares “We”       

Alaskan Tapes is the ever-evolving ambient music project of Toronto-based composer Brady Kendall. Today, he shares his introspective new song, “We.” When asked about the track, Brady says “‘We’ was recorded during the first phase of the pandemic, when everyone was trying to get used to being alone. Writing this track was the only way I could find comfort in the solitude. It was recorded on my old Spinnet piano, and is intentionally kind of ugly, in a nice way.”

In 2015, Indianapolis quartet foreveratlast delivered an album called Ghosts Again that elicited praise from both Rock Sound and Alternative Press for resurrecting the 2000’s post-hardcore scene. With a freshly inked Victory Records deal, becoming a band of epic proportions seemed to be on the horizon. After touring heavily in support of that release the band took an extended stay-at-home to record the follow-up to the album. Today, foreveratlast has emerged with a brand new single and music video titled “Holy Ghost.”
