Jeffrey James Shares New Single “Slow Right Down”

Nashville-based singer/songwriter Jeffrey James shares “Slow Right Down,” the second single and final pre-release taste from his upcoming EP, ‘East London.’ The new track is a pensive ballad that highlights James’ confident and inviting vocals. “I wrote ‘Slow Right Down’ in 2019 when everything in my life was racing forward and I didn’t have time to catch my breath,” James writes. “This song became my personal mantra — a meditation — reminding myself that it’s ok to step back, look up every now and then, and just take in the moment.”

Puss N Boots Releases Title Track “Sister” From Their Forthcoming Album Sister out 2/14

Puss N Boots—the charming trio featuring Norah Jones, Sasha Dobson, and Catherine Popper—have released “Sister,” the title track of their forthcoming second full-length album Sister, which comes out February 14 on vinyl, CD, and digital formats. “Sister” was co-written by all three band members and features a lead vocal by Dobson, who also plays drums on the track, with Jones on electric guitar/vocals and Popper on electric bass/vocals. It follows the first single “It’s Not Easy” featuring a lead vocal by Jones.

A protégé of Thug’s and a major figure in the new wave of Atlanta rap, Gotit is the perfect fit for London’s organ-filled, swinging blend of trap music, matching his inimitable vocal tics to London’s hook-filled flourishes.
