EARTH ROT Release Music Video for New Single, “Mind Killer”
Guitarist Colin Dickie comments: “As the human mind develops and matures, the radiant yet indistinct forms of the unknown coalesce into knowable concepts, bounded and caged by language. The blazing brilliance of primal ideas solidifies into the banality of earthly understanding. A malevolent entity, old as existence itself, unknowable by mortal languages – as mortal language was created to guard the mind from its conception. For aeons it lurked, hidden in the spaces between concepts. It defied definition – the antithesis of the conscious mind. Mind Killer.”
Jesse’s new single, “Honey,” is a catchy, dancy electro-pop track about the feeling in your stomach when you see someone who is looking at you in the same way. When your insecurities drop, because you’re a bit intoxicated. When you already know that person is thinking what you’re thinking.

Cayley Thomas – ‘My Blue Jean Baby’

Speaking about Our Home Sean Christopher explains, “‘Home’ is a place where we feel safe and grounded. Where we can put away our masks and shields and be vulnerable. A place where we can ‘be’. The Levellers announce new album ‘Peace’
Whilst the video confronts the misleading and deceptive tactics used by the media to marginalise the vulnerable, the track blazes with anger and urgency and its lyrical concerns are unvarnished and unambiguous.
“Everybody needs those three things, it doesn’t matter where you’re from,” says singer / guitarist Mark Chadwick. “It’s something that we all crave. Why does anybody want more roof than anybody else, or more food than anybody else, or want to kill anybody else’s family. It doesn’t make any sense.”

PAWN PAINTERS — New Single: Under The Sun

Exciting five-piece art-rock band, Post Louis, have today released another single from their upcoming debut Descender – new track Winter Pollen was written from the perspective of a young woman internalising the effects of the Me Too movement – a burning rage, suppressed by the daily grind of life. “A couple of Christmases ago I was feeling overwhelmed by all the turmoil produced by the courageous disclosures in the Me Too movement” says Stephanie Davin, lead singer of Post Louis. “The Brock Turner witness statement had been published in the summer of 2016. That act of bravery occupied my mind, alongside a relentless looping mental image that I couldn’t shake, of Emily Doe (Chanel Miller) lying in the road. I wanted to link that image to the idea of heat, rage and being burnt out – whether by work or aspiration or fury. Fiery anger is often apt, but it can be exhausting as well as empowering.”
