WALLOWS MAKE THEIR 2020 DEBUT WITH AN OFFICIAL VIDEO FOR “REMEMBER WHEN”
Indie rock group Wallows are celebrating the new year with an official music video for “Remember When”, a track from their hit debut album Nothing Happens. In their latest video, the band are trapped in a labyrinth and their world gets a little topsy-turvy. Watch HERE!
Alexander’s debut single was released in The Netherlands. It became popular in Indonesia and Japan, which led to his 2nd single becoming a #1 radio chart in Indonesia.
The “Someday” music video captures red visuals which represents intimacy, sensuality and an imagined relationship that never took place. The atmosphere creates a romantic warmth between two lovers whilst the outside scenes show reality, tension and separation.
Production-duo Grey is back with a “GTA”-inspired new single accompanied by an action-packed music video for “Body Count.” The track has a catchy melody paired with dark and intimidating, yet playful lyrics. Directed by Omni, and taking place in Los Angeles, the video opens with Grey’s Michael Trewartha as an avatar for a video game being played by Thutmose. Unbeknownst to the player, the game seems to come to life when Michael’s avatar shows up at the home of the player, pulling the Nigerian-American rapper along for the wild ride. The two roam the streets of LA, evading the police (played by the other half of the Grey duo, Kyle Trewartha) singing “I’ve got a hit list, and baby you’re up next.”
Drawing listeners in with Nevve’s angelic voice, ARMNHMR lay down beautiful surface textures and remind listeners to live in the moment on their single “Here With Me.” “Here With Me” continues down the path of timeless masterpieces the duo have forged through recent works “Let Light Out,” “The Universe Is Yours,” “Silver Lining” and “Save You Now.” Building off months of anticipation, ARMNHMR are pleased to announce that their debut album, The Free World, will arrive next month on February 7th via Dim Mak.
Valeree releases R&B-infused rocker “Any Other Way”
Valeree is very candid about her history of addiction, opening up about her troubled past and using music as a cathartic release. She takes cues from classic R&B legends like Etta James and Otis Redding as a way to cope with her blues.
Guitar Legend Al Di Meola Releases New Album “Across The Universe” In Tribute to The Beatles
Acclaimed guitarist Al Di Meola releases an ambitious follow-up to his 2013 studio recording All Your Life: A Tribute to the Beatles with a sophomore homage to the Beatles, entitled Across The Universe, due out on earMUSIC on March 13, 2020. Across The Universe serves as a retrospective of Al Di Meola’s nearly 50-year renowned career expressed through his virtuosic arrangements of 14 classic hits and more obscure tunes written by the Beatles. To commemorate the singular life of John Lennon, Al Di Meola reenacts the famous Lennon cover for his 1975 solo album Rock ‘n’ Roll for the artwork for Across The Universe.
International Music Artist, Juvahn Releases Single “That’s What I Thought”
The release of her single, “That’s What I Thought” is an empowerment piece that Juvahn crafted after removing herself from a tough relationship. “This is a song about pain from expectations that weren’t met. I was young and naive fresh out of high school, and I fell in love. The story didn’t end how I wanted it to.” Who can relate?!
We’re barely into 2020 but no one tell BLVK JVCK – the fierce artist known for seamlessly fusing dubstep and hip-hop into a new genre all his own is kicking off the year with yet another banger called “LUCKY,” which is out today through Big Beat Records alongside its subversive music video. Featuring the uncompromising rapper Tay Money, “LUCKY” is a hard-hitting track that could only come from the mind of Jermaine “Mayne Zayne” Jackson (aka BLVK JVCK himself), who rose to power as a producer on DJ Khaled’s team and from bring one of the legendary production members of The Runners.
Today marks the release of Rich Youngin — the new album from fast-rising North Carolina rapper Stunna 4 Vegas. Released via Billion Dollar Baby/Interscope Records, Rich Youngin includes appearances from Grammy Award-nominated rapper DaBaby (Stunna’s frequent collaborator), as well as Offset, Lil Baby, and Blac Youngsta.
Ren Harvieu Shares Video For “Yes Please”
Of the video, director Scott Jones says: “Visually, Ren had a vision of what she was looking for. The red light mic hanging in space with a simple performance, mixing with a very sensual close up of full frame lips. It was my job to develop these ideas to hold the viewers interest for the length of the song. I thought a Lynchian, dream-like approach to the imagery would increase that slow burn intensity of the song, increasing suspense and building tension.”
On the track, Rich The Kid drops catchy and confessional verses while YoungBoy Never Broke Again makes a show-stopping cameo of his own. Together, these two superstars deliver a paper-chasing anthem that proves impossible to shake.
