Dead & Company Playing In The Sand 2019 – Three Complete Shows Available Today
The Dead & Company digital concert series will keep on truckin’ on in 2020. The series resumes today (January 10) with the digital release of all three
of the January 2019 “Playing In The Sand” shows. They arrive before the third annual “Playing In The Sand” all-inclusive concert vacation in Riviera Cancún, Mexico is scheduled to take place next weekend, January 16-19, 2020.
The 2019 “Playing In The Sand” shows featured over 50 different songs across three nights. All audio is available now through all digital download and streaming services. In addition, the concerts will be offered in Apple Lossless and FLAC formats from Dead.net.

The Lone Bellow – Zach Williams, Kanene Donehey Pipkin, Brian Elmquist – have released the soaring and elevating “Good Times,” a new powerful song from their soon-to-be-released album HALF MOON LIGHT (Dualtone Records, an Entertainment One Company). Out February 7 and produced by The National’s Aaron Dessner, HALF MOON LIGHT is the band’s fourth studio LP and first one since 2017. Billboard premiered the “rhythmic, joyous” song with a Zach Williams Q&A yesterday. A short video about the writing and recording of the song is available now as well.

That song felt the most poppy to me, but with Phoebe on it and Tchad Blake’s mix, it feels a little more jagged and unique. It has that irreverence I wanted, despite its sweetness.”
