Botany reworks Western Vinyl label-mate Christopher Tignor

Christopher Tignor recently saw the release of his new album A Light Below via Western Vinyl, which was praised by WNYC New Sounds as “meticulously constructed and dramatic music, with nearly orchestral-sounding scale, yet all created by Tignor, performed using his own custom software.” It’s a set up that begs to be seen in a live-setting, which will be possible in North America as Tignor is currently on tour opening for This Will Destroy You. Producer-rapper duo L’Orange and Jeremiah Jae – “one of the best tag teams rap has to offer” (DJ Booth) have unveiled the music video for “Behavior Report,” from their recently-released and raved-about expansive rap noir Complicate Your Life With Violence (Mello Music Group). The video offers a glimpse into the twisted world they created that exists somewhere between a Spaghetti Western and 25th Century Mars, apocalyptic and in the throes of war.
