SARCASM – release official music video for “The Great Calm Embraced”

New music video by SARCASM. The last and fastest track of the new album “Esoteric Tales Of The Unserene”. The video was shot in one day in an old rotten basement somewhere in Uppsala. No other crap included, only the band just raging in this cold decaying environment that suits perfectly with the music. Enjoy! Music Video recorded and edited by: Anton Humphreys.

Skope video submission: Space Cadet, “Good Mood”. J.Lately collaborator strikes out

“When I was done with it, I immediately started writing to it, which isn’t normal for me. That same energy transferred over into the lyrics so I just kept the title the same, which also isn’t normal for me. The concept itself is pretty self explanatory, like waking up in such a good mood you don’t let bad energy or worries you normally would have effect or ruin it.” Cadet is currently working on his third solo project.

Original Music with a Celtic Flavor featuring “I Pull Me Down” (The Maids of Michelstown)

Americana/Folk singer/songwriter and musician, Debra Lyn and Producer Jeff Silverman are VERY excited to present her new single “I Pull Me Down (The Maids of Mitchelstown)” from her BLUE SUN RISES album.

“BLUE SUN RISES,” Debra Lyn’s third album for Nashville-based Palette Records, brings together traditional music that clearly speaks to Debra’s Irish/Scottish/English heritage and intricately weaves these influences with original material. Inspired versions of songs such as the Scottish favorites The Bonnie Banks o’ Loch Lomond and The Parting Glass, a popular American Folk/Gospel song, Wayfaring Stranger, and a lesser known British folk song, Billy Taylor with an upbeat feel, are also included.

PALACE OF THE KING release their single & video for ‘Move Through The Fire’, out now on Golden Robot Records.

Many doomsayers have been writing rock’s obituary. But they obviously forgot to tell Melbourne band Palace Of The King. During the past few years, Palace Of The King have played hundreds of gigs all around the world and released two EPs and three acclaimed albums, with a fourth on the way.

The editor of The Age’s entertainment section, Martin Boulton, applauded the band’s blistering debut, White Bird/Burn The Sky. In a four-star rave, he wrote, “Just a little over two years into life as a band, Palace Of The King have played a staggering 200-plus shows. All that time on stage and hanging out together has honed a mighty sound hellbent on rattling the rafters, shaking speakers and, quite frankly, emulating their many obvious influences.”

Sydney rockers FLICKERTAIL release new single ‘CONTACT SPORT’

FLICKERTAIL play guitar-fuelled rock and roll exactly the way it’s supposed to be played. Drawing inspiration from the likes of Thin Lizzy, the Dubliners, Airbourne and The Darkness. Since their inception, the band have played relentlessly and are reaping the rewards. An incendiary live performance honed in the booze dens and back yard of Australia’s Eastern coast was refined on stages shared with Aussie legends Buffalo and the Superjesus, before international support slots with the likes of Supersuckers, Zak Starkey (Oasis, the Who) and Living Colour.

Nuela Charles – ‘Got It Bad’

“Melt is the culmination of two years of creative work where I regained control of the recording process, diving into aspects of production and mixing that I never had before. My producers worked with me to mold each song into its final form, refusing to settle and ensuring that I believed in what I was doing 100%. It was a period of realization and re-affirmation that I do know what I’m doing, and that I should trust my artistic abilities more.”

Without lyrics, a song is just noise,” shares Allie Colleen. “I encourage you to dig into the lyrics and ask yourself what this song means to you. I hope you find what you’re looking for along the way.”
