Minke Releases Aisha Tyler Directed Video For ‘Too Late’

Talking about the new video, Minke says, “The ‘Too Late’ video was a joy to be a part of, mainly due to the limitless talents of Aisha who thought of the concept, directed and edited the video,” she gushes. “I couldn’t have asked for a more talented and supportive screen partner in Jean Luc to bring this broken relationship alive and I’m proud of the end result. It feels wholly representative of the song as it captures the dizzy confusion I was feeling at the time when I wrote it and I can’t wait for people to see it!”

Mello Music Group’s Chris Orrick Releases New Single “Liquor Store Hustle” Out Now

The Liquor Store Hustle is hard to take too serious with its kazoo and slide whistle tones, but like a motor city Balzac, Orrick describes the contemporary Detroit work-a-day, drink-all-night, order pizza, and watch tv lifestyle. It’s an ode, a lyric poem, an anthem to the short distance drunk drive for more booze. It’s internal dialogues, microwave pizza rolls, pawn stars, and private competitions against the five oh. Produced by Man@Work, Chris Orrick’s newest single doesn’t take defining a 30-year-old success too seriously but maybe it hits the nail on the head a little closer than you might imagine. Run the rum, rum the booze- this is the Liquor Store Hustle.

An exploration of the everyday inner struggle. A lullaby for the broken, a song for those who keep going, against the day. A call of awakening, an invitation to transformation through the acceptance of who we are. A shameless procedure, a petition to love one self with no limits, no judgement, as is.
