Introducing > Greentea Peng > “Loving Kind” video > watch here
She’s here to speak to a New Age. As inspired by Lauryn Hill as UK funky the London born artist finds peace in nature and admires artists like Finley Quaye.
Growing up in Bermondsey off the Old Kent Road until she was 12, her family then moved to Hastings (“It was a big culture shock. I went from being the whitest to the blackest”). The “Loving Kind” video is an introduction to her world; “I’m searching for it myself you know. I’m going through a stage where I’m exploring my vulnerable side, which I’ve never done before. I hate this ‘no feelings’ movement. I think the world and our generation needs less of it. Vibration is all that is real. So I guess if there was gonna be a message in my music it would be LOVE AND POSITIVITY and just honesty in general you know.”
Amber Arcades Shares New Track “Alpine Town”
The Dutch-born musician, real name Annelotte De Graaf, said the following about “Alpine Town”: “I wrote this song exactly a year ago while on holiday in Guillestre, a small town in the French Alps. I was kind of in a sad place and my boyfriend had dragged me along to get away from all that, but I guess it doesn’t really work like that, ha. It just made me reflect on the sad part of the tourist condition as a metaphor for life, man.”

Jeff Basta may only be 17, but upon listening, the young producer’s music will have you thinking otherwise. Today, we’re proud to release “Living By The Light,” which features vocals from 15 year old Miya Segal and is the lead single to come off of Jeff’s forthcoming album, Akero, due September 21st.
There is a certain psychedelic thread running throughout The Purrs sound, surrounded by layers of post-punk, ’90s Britpop, humid surf-rock, and other strands of outsider elements bleeding in from the fringes. After over a decade of consistently strong work, the band now find themselves perched on a perilous edge with little left to prove.
About ten months after the first (and limited for its “circle”) release of its debut full-length and self-titled album, French Dark-Rock/Post-Punk/Indie-Art-Rock/Avant-garde-Metal quartet M E L T plans to reissue this album for CD and digital worldwide re-release this fall through Bandcamp and the main digital platforms (iTunes, Spotify, Deezer, Tidal etc.).
