19 yr-old Taylor Janzen speaks out about mental health in “The Waiting Room”

Fresh from an impactful performance at Winnipeg Folk Festival alongside Courtney Barnett and Phoebe Bridgers, which earned her praise in Toronto Sun, 19 year old Winnipeg artist, Taylor Janzen, today releases her new track, “The Waiting Room”.

With deeply personal lyrics softly layered over a minimalistic and slow-building guitar riff, “The Waiting Room” is an honest and raw effort that sees the 19 year old Winnipeg artist open up about her experiences with mental health. It’s the second song from her forthcoming EP, “Interpersonal”, due August 10, 2018. Her first track, “Stations” garnered praise from The New York Times.
