Rosi Golan’s new album, Collecting Bullets, released last Friday, July 14. The six-track album marks Rosi’s return to her music career after a year-long hiatus in Paris, and is proof that taking a little time for one’s self can do wonders for not only the mind and body, but for the creative soul as well. Collecting Bullets marks Rosi’s transition into pop/electro-pop and features collaborations with Madi Diaz, Greg Laswell, Richard Harris and producer Kevin Seaton (Snoop Lion, Active Child, Shy Girls). The album is now available on iTunes and Spotify.
Rosi Golan found tremendous success early on in her career. Her first two albums, 2008’s The Drifter and the Gypsy, 2011’s Lead Balloon, and her 2013 EP Fortuna, were widely tapped for television shows and films, among them, Private Practice, Grey’s Anatomy, Nashville, Vampire Diaries, and Dear John. Her song “Can’t Go Back” was covered by Little Big Town for their platinum-selling album Tornado, while Eurovision winner Lena recorded Rosi’s song “Bee” for her platinum album My Cassette Player.
