‘BM2N’ is the debut single for local act Friends Electronic, taking the New Zealand rock classic ‘Be Mine Tonight’ on an electronica detour via Kraftwerk and Giorgio Moroder. The result is a Holden Kingswood colliding with a Mercedes Benz outside The Gluepot on a Saturday night. Friends Electronic’s video was directed by James Solomon at Flying Fish, and is set in Auckland’s classic Las Vegas Strip Club.
