Today, the Magnetic Fields premiered the new video for “Quick!” from their new album Love at the Bottom of the Sea.
Directed by James Spinney, and showcasing vocals from Shirley Simms’ with harmonies from Claudia Gonson, “Quick!” is one of the standout tracks from an album described by Blackbook as “the band’s most consistently entertaining album since 69 Love Songs.” The video introduces us to a woman living in a trashcan as she discovers another of her kind and perhaps kindles a little romance.
