MARIAH HAS A NEW RESPECT FOR MOTHERS
A nude Mariah Carey graces the cover of Life & Style magazine to show off her pregnant belly. The mom-to-be told the mag that she has “so much respect for mothers everywhere, especially those who’ve had difficult pregnancies or given birth to multiples.” The diva decided to show off her baby bump because she her “ultimate goal was to share this incredibly personal moment with my true fans.” Her hubby, Nick Cannon, announced that she is “super ready” to give birth and she’s due May 14th.
GAGA IS ELTON JOHN’S SON’S GODMOTHER
In his opening monologue while hosting Saturday Night Live last weekend, Elton John said that Lady Gaga was the godmother to his son Zac. Well some people just assumed he was joking, but in fact, he was stating the truth. According to PerezHilton.com, Elton and partner David Furnish did indeed ask the pop star to be their son’s godmother, with the gossip site saying that it’s “100-percent true.”
KANYE, RIHANNA FALSELY TAKING CREDIT FOR SONGS?
SingersRoom.com reports Rihanna, Justin Bieber and Kanye West have allegedly taken publishing credit for songs that were not written by them. Songwriter Heather Bright seemed frustrated by artists giving props for certain songs but she understands that “you can’t be Rihanna and be producing and writing records. You just can’t be doing that. You just won’t have time.”
TAYLOR IS A FAN OF NICKI AND RIHANNA
According to MTV News, Taylor Swift revealed which artists she’s a fan of during a recent appearance on The Tonight Show With Jay Leno. The singer spilled that she listens to “everything right now.” Taylor added, “I’m listening to a lot of 50 Cent and Nicki Minaj and Keri Hilson and Rihanna. I’m listening to a lot of rap, hip-hop music right now.”
LMFAO PREPS SORRY FOR PARTY ROCKING
LMFAO’s Redfoo opened up to Billboard.com that their sophomore album, Sorry For Party Rocking, is going to be different than their debut album, Party Rock. He explained to the site, “Now it’s like we’re more refined, in a sense. It’s a little more melodic and a little more dance-oriented.” Fans can expect Sorry For Party Rocking to come out this June.
GAME SHOOTS “RED NATION” VIDEO
Game is pressing full steam ahead with his much-anticipated R.E.D. Album. The West Coast rapper allowed MTV News to be on the set of his video to “Red Nation” featuring Lil Wayne. The rapper, who is rocking a red Mohawk, said the clip will include a “real rebel scene” with extras looking “menacing and scary and [with] bats and sticks and poles.” No word on when the video will premiere, we’ll keep you posted with further details.

Jessie J is one of the breakout stars of 2011. The British singer is getting a lot of buzz with her breakthrough single, “Price Tag” featuring B.o.B, and her forthcoming album, Who You Are, which comes out next month. KANYE TO RELEASE LINE OF SCARVES
According to XXLMag.com, Kanye West is adding fashion designer to his resume. The rapper has decided to release an exclusive line of silk scarves that were all inspired by the artwork from his most recent album, My Beautiful Dark Twisted Fantasy. You will be able to get purchase the limited-edition scarves this spring.

GAGA ANNOUNCES “JUDAS” RELEASE DATE
Lady Gaga recently announced that she would once again start making her Gagavision YouTube videos, and a new one was posted in the wee hours of Wednesday morning. In the video, we get a backstage look at what goes on with Gaga while on tour, and we also see her confront someone who is protesting one of her shows. JORDIN SPARKS TO OPEN FOR NKOTBSB TOUR
It’s official — Jordin Sparks will be opening for the New Kids on the Block and the Backstreet Boys on their NKOTBSB tour later this spring. The former American Idol confirmed the news on her Twitter, saying that she’s “super excited” to be a part of the trek. Things kick off May 25th in Rosemont, Illinois.

Adele is hanging tough on the Billboard 200 chart. Her album, 21, remains in the third position this week, selling another 94-thousand copies, pushing her total copies sold in America to just under 950-thousand. Looks like it will be next week when Adele’s latest will go platinum.
KATY IS PROUD OF HER SONG LYRICS

MILEY DOLL CONTROVERSY
There’s a blowup doll on the market called “Finally Mylie,” and it reportedly looks a whole lot like Miley Cyrus. Well obviously she’s not too pleased about this, and is reportedly threatening to sue the company that created it. British paper The Sun reported that the doll is still on the market, as a spokesman for Pipedream Products said that they “haven’t received a cease and desist letter from her attorneys yet.”
MADONNA’S PUBLICIST SETS THINGS STRAIGHT
There have been some rumors making the rounds on the Internet recently about Madonna’s charity Raising Malawi, including that it was being investigated by the IRS and the FBI. Well Madge’s publicist posted a statement on Madonna.com. Liz Rosenberg wrote that everything people have been hearing is “wild and totally false,” and that Madonna “remains committed and focused on what matters helping the children of Malawi.”
TAYLOR SWIFT’S DINNER DATE WITH GARRETT HEDLUND
Us Weekly reports Taylor Swift had a romantic dinner date with Tron: Legacy actor Garrett Hedlund. The date night supposedly happened on April 1st in Nashville. A source told the magazine, “They’ve been e-mailing for a while.” The tipster also added that he was back in his hotel room by 12:30 AM that night. Garrett has reportedly been in Nashville recording a CD. Taylor’s date with the Hollywood hunk came just before her ACM award-winning weekend in Vegas as she picked up the Entertainer of the Year award.
BACKSTAGE WITH LADY A AT THE ACM AWARDS
The latest edition of Lady Antebellum’s weekly webisode is all about their experience at this year’s ACM Awards. In the days leading up to Sunday’s show, the group is shown giving radio interviews, mingling with fellow country music star Keith Urban, and taking time celebrate one very special occasion. Hillary Scott of Lady A turned 25 years old on April 1st and yes, there was a cake. On the day of the ACM Awards show, the trio hit the red carpet in coordinating black outfits. They stopped to sign autographs, chat with the press, and Hillary even posed for pictures with Martina McBride. Once inside and backstage, Charles Kelley grabbed a bag of Mrs. Vicker’s chips to snack on before the show started, telling fans he didn’t have time to eat dinner. The group walked away with awards for Top Vocal Group and Album of the Year. The online video ends with Charles, Hillary, and Dave Haywood thanking their fans for their achievements and promising that a much anticipated new album is on the way.
