Today, Arkells are announcing their fall North American tour dates supporting alternative rock band KONGOS. These dates have been added alongside Arkells’ existing tour dates with English folk troubadour Frank Turner as well as their own headlining dates. Darkswoon brings light and shadow to new sonic territory with 2016 EP release of ‘Silhouettes’. It’s the sophomore release from Jana Cushman who has been writing music under this moniker for two years. Her previous release, Year One, established Darkswoon’s sound, blending shoegaze and dark electronic elements generating a genre imagined by Cushman to be electrohaze.


Phish bassist Mike Gordon will return to the road this fall, hitting the midwest and east coast of the U.S. with his band. The tour kicks off in St. Louis before continuing east. COUNTDOWN: NYC/Boston Hardcore Band Breaks Up

Boston/New York City-based hardcore outfit COUNTDOWN has ended their run as a band in recent days while on tour. Luckily, Flatspot Records has just re-released the band’s demo on vinyl, immortalizing the tunes in a proper format.


RCA Nashville GRAMMY Award-winner, Miranda Lambert, will release the new music video for the song NPR calls a “sophisticated sucker punch” today at 11am ET to VEVO.

Lambert’s fan club will be treated to first access of the “Vice” music video one hour prior to the video being widely available, beginning at 10am ET.
