Meiko Announces Release of ‘In Your Dreams’ & Shares 1st Single “Gimme Gimme”
In Your Dreams marks the fifth studio record of original material for the acclaimed and well-published singer/songwriter. Meiko wrote and recorded the entire record in Nashville, TN alongside producer (and former drummer for The Lone Bellow) Justin Glasco before relocating to Germany. Self-funded and independently released, the two performed all instruments on the album themselves, working outside the usual demands of a record company. For Meiko, who’d partnered with labels like MySpace Records and Concord Music Group during the first decade of her career, it felt freeing to create music on her own schedule. She took her time, writing new material over a period of two years — years that also found her adapting to life as a Nashville resident and a new mother.
On his MOVE EP, Devin shares, “I’m beyond excited to release this collection of music. Not only am I getting to bring new life to my babies ‘MOVE’ and ‘MY DAY,’ but I am also able to show how I have evolved and matured as an artist with these new songs.”

deCasa debut single “RAIN” is out now
Luis Santiago, popularly known as deCasa, has released his debut single “RAIN.” The title fits the solemn sound of the record perfectly. deCasa explains the title, “the song was ultimately inspired by a rainy night in Puerto Rico that I spent with a girl. The lyrics came from the frustration I had wanting to be with her, but knowing it would never work out, however the instrumental came a few months later after my first show and I was in a much more upbeat headspace which is why the instrumental is more up-tempo.” The guitar and bass melodies flow smoothly with deCasa’s vocals.

Modern Love Child (the pseudonym of Jonny Shane) has released the new single and video, “Just For Kids,” today, April 26th, 2019. The track is the follow up to “Golden Brown,” released earlier in 2019, and teases his upcoming debut album, MLC, due out this fall. “This song was inspired when I drove along the coast from San Francisco to Los Angeles. At the time I was just starting to fall in love with a girl,” Shane says. “The feeling I had in my stomach of nerves and excitement was the same feeling I had when I had crushes on girls when I was a little kid, hence the line, ‘falling in love ain’t just for kids.'” The video also emulates real life. “When I was young, the ‘new’ girl from Texas moved in next door, so to get her attention I went to the edge of my driveway and played my trumpet to get her to notice me,” he explains. “I played loud enough, so it worked!
