Today, Benedikt the Canadian born, Berlin based solo-artist and creative, releases self-directed and produced music video for ‘Havana Nights’ (REL 05.07.18). The second single from his forthcoming EP due for release later this month.
Facebook Bans Faith-Based Music Video from Gospel Group Zion’s Joy!
In mid-June, Gospel group Zion’s Joy! quietly released a music video for their new single, “What Would Heaven Look Like” – the title track from their upcoming album from Habakkuk Music/InGrooves/Universal. On or about July 1st, with over 12,000 views and climbing, Facebook deleted the video without warning or notification. Attempts to reach Facebook to find a resolution were unsuccessful.

Speaking a little more on the lyrical beginnings of the song, Toma Banjanin said: “The week we started writing the instrumentals for the track we had a bit of an incident at a pub in east London. Some guys were giving Andy (Toma’s brother, and Tempesst drummer) a hard time about his jacket or hat or something and everyone was pretty drunk. The song was written to capture the memory for eternity.”

Dead Ceremony is a four-piece from Tunbridge Wells Kent, made up of Christopher Stewart, David Trevillion, Neil Allen and Harry Pearce. An aroma of fiddle, violin, and Rolland’s twinkling voice blends together creating a tangy, fragrant melody. As the melodic flame burns at the surface, a darker instrumentation throughout the song spirals into a thin, constant cloud of smoke that meanders above the dancing ember.
