Breakthrough multi-instrumentalist, Finnish indie pop/rock artist, Peppina, returns to Park City during the 2016 Sundance Film Festival. On Friday, January 22nd at 8pm, Peppina performs with members of Seattle indie outfit Motopony at the official Festival Base Camp Presented by Canada Goose, located at 475 Swede Alley (corner of Swede and Heber). Peppina will be the first artist to ever grace this brand-new venue’s stage, opening for Japanese rock icon Yoshiki of the group X Japan, who are headlining Base Camp in celebration of their documentary WE ARE X. Shortly thereafter, she will perform at Earth Day Network’s Arctic Blast Event, located at The Music Lodge, 780 Main Street, at 9:30pm. Then, on Monday, January 25th at 4:20pm, she will be at the Sundance ASCAP Music Café, located at 751 Main Street, again performing along with frequent collaborators Motopony. Peppina has become a very in-demand artist and expects to move to the States this year and tour in celebration of her new self-titled LP.
