Vancouver duo Fine Times is pleased to release their self-titled debut full-length album today via Light Organ Records. In honor of the release, the entire album is streaming for your listening enjoyment. Fine Times’ self-titled record is a modern gem, full-to-the-brim with warbling synth and mesmerizing harmonies; 10 handcrafted tracks of utterly infectious pop. Matthew Moldowan and Jeffrey Josiah Powell regrouped in 2010, after their previous project had closed shop, with an idea to be as nimble as possible. And by the following year they were in Vancouver’s Warehouse Studio working with producer Howard Redekopp (Tegan and Sara/New Pornographers) on the record.
