ATO Pictures announced today the release of TURN THE TIDE: SONGS FOR ‘LAST CALL AT THE OASIS’, a new companion charity album to its acclaimed new film, LAST CALL AT THE OASIS directed by Academy Award winner Jessica Yu, opening in theaters May 4th. The album is now available for download.
Highlights from the new 20-track album include exclusive, unreleased tracks and features songs from Dave Matthews & Tim Reynolds, Alabama Shakes, My Morning Jacket, Amos Lee, The Whigs & more.
To coincide with the film’s release and its vital message on the urgency of the global water crisis, ATO Pictures has gathered musical artists from its sister companies ATO Records and Red Light Management, who have donated tracks in support of the film and the global water crisis. All songs provided by these artists were donated for free and all proceeds from the album will go to water charities including Natural Resources Defense Council, Waterkeeper Alliance, Environmental Working Group and Food and Water Watch.
