Warner Bros Records artists Taking Back Sunday will be releasing Live From Orensanz on August 17, 2010. The live acoustic album was recorded over the course of two shows in December of 2009 at the Angel Orensanz Synagogue on Manhattan’s Lower East Side.
Surrounded by some of their longest supporters and hometown fans, vocalist Adam Lazzara, guitarist Eddie Reyes and drummer Mark O’Connell along with then-bassist Matt Rubano and guitarist Matt Fazzi performed 11 favorite songs from their catalogue with new instrumentation, multiple drums, stand up bass, piano and the string section Judgement Day.
A pre-order of Live From Orensanz begins today, July 13th only on www.takingbacksunday.com. Fans who order the album via the band’s site will receive one track immediately as well an exclusive live DVD of the show. A special trailer for the release can also be seen on their site.
