Alessia Labate New Single ‘You’re My Next Ex’
Italian songstress and producer Alessia Labate returns with an exhilarating new release ‘You’re My Next Ex’. Taken from her upcoming debut EP ‘YMNE’, the lead track offers up a funk-tinged rhythm and intoxicating melody to accompany Alessia’s sassy vocal line. With a feature from music producer Harrison First to compliment the playful pop sound, the two are part of Soundcloud’s new project Repost Select will be releasing the song through them (Repost by Soundcloud). ‘You’re My Next Ex’ carries a double meaning, highlighting Alessia’s fun and flirtatious character while on a deeper level reflecting on her own development.

South London rapper Knox38 returns to Donae’o’s Movin Anti label with new single ‘Ooh Nana’, out now.
Propelled by a unique production featuring vibrant instrumentation and South Asian vocal samples, ‘Ooh Nana’ is a slick Afrobeats-inspired jam that allows Knox38’s smooth flow to take centre stage. It follows debut single ‘Options’, an acclaimed release that was premiered by GRM Daily and has already amassed more than 100,000 YouTube streams.
GOLDIE ANNOUNCES NEW ALBUM AS PART OF DUO SUBJECTIVE
The upcoming new album from the duo spans genres and weaves its way in and out of drum & bass, techno, electronica and soul music, stitching tapestries together to create a soundtrack that would feel as at home in the club as it would vibrating through solitary headphones. The record, which features some incredibly exciting and varied names including neo soul up and comer Greentea Peng, south London alt-jazz hero Tom Misch, and British blues and soul vocalist Natalie Duncan, shows off both the rich history and calibre of Goldie and James Davidson individually but also how they can create something together that’s so cohesive and forward thinking. The sound the duo have been able to create is also partly due to their geographical locations over the past 18 months, bouncing ideas between Davidson’s studio in Bournemouth on the south coast and Goldie’s house in Phuket, Thailand; showing two songwriters and producers at the top of their game responding to a year and a half in very different atmospheres but similar trying circumstances.

On November 12th, electro-pop artist, producer and DJ, Little Boots AKA Victoria Hesketh releases “Landline” via her own imprint On Repeat Records. “Landline” follows ‘Silver Balloons’ and is the second single from her upcoming self-produced album set for release in spring 2022.
