A 22 year-old New Jersey police officer now has a pretty crazy tale to tell. Last month she unknowingly picked up Bob Dylan in her squad car. The icon was allegedly found wandering in the rain in Long Branch, New Jersey. After a complaint from a homeowner that said an “eccentric-looking old man” was wandering around, the female officer investigated. The singer was reportedly looking for the home where Bruce Springsteen penned “Born to Run.” Dylan also recently visited the childhood homes of Neil Young and John Lennon. The officer allegedly drove the songwriting legend back to his hotel where he was able to confirm his identity.
