Lilac Kings’ New Single Ft. Daisy Chamberlin of I Met A Yeti

“‘Sick Set Bro’ is a song about the battles of the scene.” Vocalist Dylan McBride explains, “Dealing with the ugly side of things from other bands or people that want to cut you down and see your journey end. Country Artist Jay Allen Releases Touching Lyric Video for “No Prayer Like Mama’s” In Honor of Mother’s Day

Jay commented on the release of the lyric video, saying “It’s been a joy to watch the lyric video for ‘No Prayer Like Mama’s’ come together and to see the incredible photos that fans have shared of their moms or mother figures. As a songwriter, it’s incredibly gratifying to see how a song can connect with people and resonate with their own experiences. This song is very personal to me, as it’s a tribute to my own mother who passed away from Alzheimer’s, and I’m humbled to see how it’s touched others who have also lost their moms or who are celebrating the love and bond they have with their mothers. I hope this video and song brings comfort, joy, and gratitude to everyone who watches it.”

Laura Groves (of Blue Roses) Shares New Single / Announces New Album Out via Bella Union on Aug 11

Much of Radio Red, the first full length album Laura Groves has released under her own name, was written, produced and recorded by Groves in her studio, watched over by two radio transmitting towers. “I became very drawn to them and they became like symbols to me; they were always awake, sending their messages, the red lights always came on at night and watched over whatever was going on in my life.” The album deals with themes of communication – missed and intercepted signals, chance meetings, synchronicities, the channels through which we try to express our true feelings, the outside interference that can get in the way and the joy of letting go and allowing the messages to flow freely.
