Pabllo Vittar shares more on Noitada: “This album has a very special energy, with the mood of “Balinha de Coração.” With each album I release, I try to tell a story. For example, in my fourth and last album, Batidão Tropical, I embraced nostalgia and reflected on my childhood, where I was able to explore a more sunny daytime environment and reference Brazilian Forró. Now, with Noitada, I’m exploring the elements of the night, where we can be whoever and whatever we want.”

Here he recalls the retro-futuristic production styles of last decade’s internet contemporaries Spooky Black and King Krule, as well as the heartfelt rawness of early 2000s emo akin to Sunny Day Real Estate and early Death Cab for Cutie.
