They are amped to be releasing their debut album this summer, and so far have already released two singles, the first being “Altar of Innocence”, but now are drawing attention to the latest, “Desert’s Roar” complete with a music video. They share their thoughts on this release:
“The lyrics on the album tell some interesting stories, some more personal and some global, convey some harsh messages and themes, and deliver a wide array of emotions. We did our best to bring all of that into a cohesive musical surrounding within the realm of metal. “Desert’s Roar” is a cry for freedom from an inner struggle taking place inside the mind of a person feeling controlled and overpowered.”

New Video: Likheim – Alt Skal Svinne Hen… – (Norwegian Black Metal)
I will leave it all behind, the blood, the shame, the sin, the suffocating love and the scarring scorn. I will walk to the distant mountains and in their shadowed, snow shrouded passes all things will fade. From the jagged peaks I will gaze upon a new world of perfect, empty, stillness. In the dark tunnels below the ice, I will find sanctuary from the demanding light. I will lie down beneath the vast, star-dusted night sky and the cold will freeze my heart and stop my blood. I will be at peace in my Niflheim and everything I know shall disappear…

Swedish Melanie Wehbe releases ‘Like I Do’
“I wrote my first song when I was 14. Back then I started questioning my sexuality and the thought of being different was terrifying to me. Music became my safe space, my language, where I could expres myself and process my emotions without feeling judged. So here I am many years later ready to release what I needed to hear back then. Like I do is a song written to my young self and to all the times in my adult life I’ve forgotten and still forget to prioritize myself. I’ve realized that the relationship we should all focus on a lot more and nourish is the one to ourselves, and this song is here to remind us of exactly that.”
