He has award noms, he has top-10 hit albums, he has gold plaques, and he has a Platinum record that was the zeitgeist of 2013; Today, January 28th, Ace Hood is dropped his new single “Glory” from his upcoming MIND EP, which will be released Feb. 25th via Hood Nation/EMPIRE. Backed by a beat full of rapid snares and dancing keys it’s easy to see what the title implies, Ace Hood is gunning for glory, and as the track’s lyrics tell, Ace’s story is far from over. Having over 10 years of experience, lyrics like “I’ve been broken before, I’ve been down bad” hit a rare emotional chord, but nonetheless he’s learned that there’s still glory left for him to snatch up and it’s only a matter of time before he does.
