Since then Kids On A Crime Spree have released a handful of solid noise-pop singles — “Creep The Creeps” in 2013, and two 7″ splits with Burnt Palms and Terry Malts in 2016 and 2017, respectively. Notes the band of the track, “‘Verminvisible’ is about using infused bitter plants to try and communicate with your natural environment. In this case, it turns out pretty bad. TURKEY VULTURE Release New Video

Connecticut rockers TURKEY VULTURE have released a video for their song “She’s Married (But Not to Me”) via Ghost Cult Magazine. The song is from their EP Twist the Knife which is out on January 14th.

“When it came time to make a new music video, the plan was to hopefully film it at a bar. Luckily, Jess and I are members of one and that worked out. Darin Guerrasio is a childhood friend, a groomsman in our wedding, actor (Wall Street 2, Daredevil) and director (Wake, Apocalypse Live). We made movies growing up and got into some festivals in the early 2000s, and it’s been since then since we’ve creatively worked together. It was great fun working with him again, and we look forward to hopefully collaborate on some new projects in the future.”

Louisiana-based punkish alt-rock outfit JESTR have released the latest single, “By Design” from their upcoming album The Dead & Riches. Slowing things down a bit, this track features soulful vocals and a hypnotic rhythm. Heavily inspired by the boppy alternative punk of the early 2000s, as well as the spookiness that permeates their home state of Louisiana, the track is equal parts light hearted and dark.
