It’s been over a decade since We Love You So Bad was released, the Bay Area indie band’s ephemeral debut EP on Slumberland. Since then Kids On A Crime Spree have released a handful of solid noise-pop singles — “Creep The Creeps” in 2013, and two 7″ splits with Burnt Palms and Terry Malts in 2016 and 2017, respectively. All short, punchy, and to-the-point releases.

Swiss apocalyptic post-metal act ABRAHAM today unveils their video for “Verminvisible.” Now playing at BrooklynVegan, the track comes by way of the band’s impending new full-length, Debris de Mondes Perdus, set for release February 25th via Pelagic Records!
Notes the band of the track, “‘Verminvisible’ is about using infused bitter plants to try and communicate with your natural environment. In this case, it turns out pretty bad. The whole album is based on a text by Russian author Mira Neberlova. We love what our filmmaker, Al Gutierrez, has done with these projections. It is both dark and beautiful.”

Instrumental group ASIWYFA shares captivating new single “III.Lung”
Today, legendary Belfast, Ireland based instrumental outfit And So I Watch You From Afar has shared “III.Lung”, the third single from their ambitious upcoming multimedia album Jettison. The latest offering from the group will be available on February 18th, 2022 via Equal Vision Records in partnership with Velocity Records. Through 40 minutes of sonic exploration spread across nine distinct parts and a visual accompaniment by artist Sam Wiehl, Jettison traverses the various shades of ASIWYFA’s euphoric instrumental output. TURKEY VULTURE Release New Video
Connecticut rockers TURKEY VULTURE have released a video for their song “She’s Married (But Not to Me”) via Ghost Cult Magazine. The song is from their EP Twist the Knife which is out on January 14th.

“When it came time to make a new music video, the plan was to hopefully film it at a bar. Luckily, Jess and I are members of one and that worked out. Darin Guerrasio is a childhood friend, a groomsman in our wedding, actor (Wall Street 2, Daredevil) and director (Wake, Apocalypse Live). We made movies growing up and got into some festivals in the early 2000s, and it’s been since then since we’ve creatively worked together. It was great fun working with him again, and we look forward to hopefully collaborate on some new projects in the future.”
JESTR Release New Track “By Design”
Louisiana-based punkish alt-rock outfit JESTR have released the latest single, “By Design” from their upcoming album The Dead & Riches. Slowing things down a bit, this track features soulful vocals and a hypnotic rhythm. Heavily inspired by the boppy alternative punk of the early 2000s, as well as the spookiness that permeates their home state of Louisiana, the track is equal parts light hearted and dark.
About the new tune, Jestr tell us, “Hey there folks, we are just tickled pink to present to you guys our newest little jingle and our first song of 2022, By Design. This song is very near and dear to our hearts as it was one of the very first songs written for Jestr and we hope it brings a smile to your face and your ears.”
