Artist: Blake Dagley – Track: Ain’t Going Down Like This
“Ain’t Going Down Like This” is a song written to my anxiety and insecurities. After the invitation to come to Nashville, my anxiety came creeping in, and I began to doubt the reality of the moment. Ain’t Going Down This is a song for anyone with doubts, fears, and anxiety and wants to punch it in the face and tell it; you don’t control me.

Video: T.R.3 – tell me that it’s ok
“Waking up a starving artist takes its toll when you strive to be understood more than making sure you eat before bed. Constantly giving in to the pressures of society to create a sudo happiness within that only dissipates the more validation you receive. Finally realizing that societies opinions only materialize when I lack belief in self. One who believes in self has no desire to be understood, yet would rather coexist with like-minded friends that don’t force explanation. Even so, sometimes that friend is yourself.”
Santa Rosa punks Decent Criminal tour with The Raging Nathans, Dead Bars, share video for “Summer Trip”
“Summer Trip” singer/guitarist Tristan Martinez says is “about a bad acid trip I’d had the summer before last. Was all sick and having trouble breathing. Spent the night on and off the toilet ’cause you asked, ripping my inhalers and going down the rabbit hole of looking up symptoms for everything. Was a couple months into COVID so almost convinced myself I had to go to the hospital, then Hunt came over, made breakfast and was like naw fool. That kinda thing is about the headspace you’re in and I wasn’t in a good one that time around.”
