JACK WAKEMAN & THE DREAMSTRIDERS – Release Astral Dream Pop Of New Single: “Cosmic Fear”

“I’ve done it again, I’ve made too much rice again” confesses Jack Wakeman, an opening gambit that likely stands as one of 2021’s more esoteric lyrical quips.

Leading the way into a song that weaves mercurially between wry observations troubled with the banality of a life trapped indoors and the surrealist visions of daydream escape, “Cosmic Fear” is a track quite unlike anything you’ll hear this year.

Girish says, “We are a hard rock/melodic rock/heavy metal band. We like making the kind of music that we grew up listening to, which revolves around the ’80s. However, we do like including a song or two that may have a very different vibe. Could be in the form of a progressive song or maybe a riff that has a bit of “India” in it. All in all, we think of it as a roller coaster ride with the meanest in-your-face songs to beautiful ballads. We feel no matter how dedicated we are to the art, we still should not stop ourselves from exploring more, but without losing the essence of what we truly love.”

APRE share captivating new cut ‘Waste My Time’ | out November 1st

Experimental duo APRE share captivating new offering ‘Waste My Time’, out November 1st, marking the third reveal from their nine-track mixtape ‘A001’, set for release February 1st 2022.

Discussing their upcoming effort, the two-piece explained: “‘Waste My Time’ is about big egos and how they take over and control you and you don’t realise it until it’s too late, leaving you taken advantage of, making it even harder to remove yourself from the relationship because you are trapped by their ego, almost forcing their morals and beliefs to become your own.”

Maria Wilman is a musical force to be reckoned with.

Artist: Davishmar – Track: Space N Time

Space and Time produced and written by Davishmar and Jay Jetson, features a spaces piano ballad, a astrological saxophone solo, and is tied together with Jay Jetson’s bars, and is a message to one to take time and bring yourself together even in times of complete chaos, because if one doesn’t take a moment away (space and tyme) to bring themselves together, one will surely lose themselves and sanity. {Illustrated heavily at the end of the song, singing “I need Space and Time, away from bills etc.”)

Faun Flora Releases Single “See You At The Funeral”

Written in July 2020 and recorded in June 2021, “See You At The Funeral” details the relationship between the listener and a loved one who they value dearly. The lyrics focus on death as a theme but with the bridge reinstating any love and relationship you experience exists beyond any life and dimension. The song shows more of an intimate side of my production, differing from the pop-based sound from the first EP “In a Daze, by My Lonesome”.
