Artist: Valve Beats – Album: Waiting for you

In addition, the song I s called “Waiting for you” it was recorded at my project studio. It sounds like a traditional pop love song. The guitar was played by my best friend in Scarborough Ontario. The song was inspired by many artist such as Justin Bieber, Ed Sheeran and Austin Mahone. Especially the guitar tone, it was played with a Taylor Guitar. The songs about being thankful for having a significant other in his or her life. And that love is stronger than anything else. This song should be listened to simply because it’s something most people can relate too being in a relationship.

Ato-Mik connects their heartfelt lyrics with Green Alderson’s instrumental he made for the bros. They stepped outside of their harder hitting hip-hop aura to tap into their pop/r&b side. Mikey adding melodic singing elements throughout the hook and Atom’s smooth sung delivery in the first verse while Mikey comes in the second verse with a fast paced rap flow. This is a love song tapping into both sides of love and heartbreak.

SPEARMINT- Release: “Since Bowie Died” tribute || New Album ‘Holland Park’ – out 17 Sept

Five years since the departure of pop’s ultimate Starman, the London quartet are releasing a beautiful new single which reflects not just on Bowie, but on the blackhole he has left in all of our universes since.

As Shirley Lee of Spearmint explains:

“”Since Bowie Died” isn’t about David Bowie – it’s about the rest of us. I remember hearing the news at the start of 2016: it didn’t seem real. Then as things came to pass that ear and since, I felt like our world had become a harsher place from that moment on, as though it had ‘opened the floodgates’. I know others felt the same way, so we wanted to capture this feeling in the song, but add some hope too.”
