Gary Hector Releases His New Single “Today I Ride Alone” From His New Album ‘National Trash’
Trinidad and Tobago (The Caribbean) – Gary Hector Releases His Single/Video “Today I Ride Alone” which is his first single from his album National Trash. Gary Hector’s style blends Americana, Classic Rock, and a twang of country notes. A vocal sound of Dylan, a classic blues-rock of the Rolling Stones, a swig of Hank Williams, and finally an underground bash of punk ala The Clash and Sex Pistols. All of this smashing sound has been brought together in a way only Gary Hector can do. A blend of all channels of music that means something to all who understand and collect from a diverse list of true music history in a modern roll of sound. Truly a musicphilo can be found in Hector’s presentation. A cue is given in the study of the fundamental nature and value of a music experience for all who live, breathe, and dig it.

Complementing his deep-voiced tough talk with strong melodies, DUSTY LOCANE has what it takes to be Brooklyn’s next superstar emcee. In the video, DUSTY and 8ANDITT gather a crew and offer a tour of Brooklyn’s unseen spots, as they host a block party in Canarsie’s streets, race ATVs under the Kosciuszko Bridge (which connects Brooklyn and Queens), and show off their collection of luxury cars at a remote warehouse. “Best Friend” is the latest in a line of quality singles dating back to “ROLLIN N CONTROLLIN,” DUSTY’s breakout hit, which generated over 100 million combined video and audio streams.

Kills Birds announce album + tour, sign with Royal Mountain Records and share new single and video, “Rabbit,” out now
Today, LA-based incendiary rock band Kills Birds are sharing their ferocious new single “Rabbit,” the opening track and first song to be released from their sophomore album Married, out via their new label home Royal Mountain Records and KRO Records on November 12th. Recorded at Dave Grohl’s Studio 606 by invitation of the man himself, it is a storming and immediate declaration of intent from the LA-based band, a brutal and intense account of an abusive relationship struggling with power dynamics, oscillating between quiet and loud dynamics – both beautiful and aggressive, devastating and cathartic.
Ajo Sunshine (say it with me folks, “Ahh-Ho”) is heralded by an alarming horn ensemble, stabbing with the dramatic urgency of a killer’s theme in a midnight movie. It’s a jarring but appropriate entry point for this brilliantly blasted listen, an array of exquisitely sharp edges punctuated by kaleidoscopic respites of throbbing warmth and surprising tenderness. J.R.C.G. (Justin R. Cruz Gallego)’s previous work with Seattle’s excellent Dreamdecay may foreground the broad strokes here, but he’s pushed things way outward in terms of his sonic palette. Abutting field recordings captured from rodeos off Ajo Way, a stretch of highway that leads you westward out of Tucson Arizona directly into the sun, both acoustic instruments and gleaming walls of synthetic noise are framed in dour and dissonant chord shapes, crackling with overdriven drum mics and seasick waves of distortion. It’s homage that plays out like a collage, a dream switching from station to station, a series of dedications broadcast on late night radio.

Public Service Broadcasting Share New Single & Video “Blue Heaven” Ft. Andreya Casablanca || New Album ‘Bright Magic’ Due Out 9/24 On Play It Again Sam
Today Public Service Broadcasting have shared new single and video, “Blue Heaven”, taken from their highly anticipated fourth album, Bright Magic, set for release on September 24th, 2021 via Play It Again Sam. Featuring vocals from Andreya Casablanca of Berlin garageistes Gurr, “Blue Heaven” is an anthem of proud self-determination inspired by Marlene Dietrich, who according to the band’s J. Willgoose, Esq. was “a self-made myth to come out of Berlin”. He explains, “the lyrics highlight her power of self-manipulation, her ambition, her bravery and her lack of compromise on vital matters of character – ‘I am all my own invention / I’m in my blue heaven’ and so on. It’s named after the jazz number “My Blue Heaven” which she sang regularly and which she said first made her dream of America.”
