The serrated, heavily-processed guitar sounds of “Hey Man” slice through Brodka’s Karen O-esque drawl and howl, as she dominates her lover.

The accompanying video, directed by Brodka and Przemek Dzienis, is an erotic spy story set in the city of BRUT. Brodka plays her alterego Lola, who sets on the trail of an influential man. The video is a tribute to the classics of spy cinema and the aesthetics of the 90s; rapid action, sex and intrigue.

Grammy Nominated Producer/Creator boyband Releases Video For “by myself”

Driven by an abrupt wall of sound made by snarling guitars and jittery synths, “by myself” has a frenzied and frantic atmosphere that parallels the apprehension and anxiety the narrator experiences following an unexpected breakup. The tenacious track, which AFROPUNK calls “a vision of the future of alternative,” emphasizes boyband’s commitment to use his sophomore release, never knows best, out June 18 via Dirty Hit, to normalize the conversations regarding self-worth and mental health through his music.

“‘fall apart’ is very, very special to me for many reasons,” said ren. “For starters it’s the first song I helped produce which is so exciting! I picked up the guitar and started to play around. I played something and Stint thought it was dope so we just went with it. This song has been a favorite song of mine for so long now, I feel like I’ve been waiting forever to put it out, I knew it needed a feature though and that’s why it was taking even longer, legit a year later I knew who I wanted to do it and we got glaive on it, who is probably one of my favorite artists ever, so I’ve been so excited about that for so long now and I think it’s a really cool song :)”

Back in the early 2000’s, Leonard Cerzosie Jr. started a band with his brother called The Infinite Staircase that did very well as an independent band. the band worked with artists like Earl Slick from David Bowie’s band, Candlebox, Sevendust, and even Zakk Wylde. In 2009, they scored a slot on tour with Black Label Society, Sevendust, and Dope that sealed a lot of friendships they still have to this day.

Rexxx Unveil New Video From “Pure Pleasure II” LP – Out Now On Big Neck Records!

Rexxx began as a supergroup of heavy hitters in the Milwaukee punk scene but very quickly proved themselves to be a genuine power pop force. Blending bubblegum melodies and grimy punk riffs, their debut album “Pure Pleasure II” delivers the hooks and double-downs on the sweaty looks. It’s a 20 minute blur of party punk that topped 2020 year-end lists and cemented their place in the long lineage of Midwest power pop. With the pandemic starting two weeks after the initial cassette release of their debut, which also forced the cancellation of the promotional tour, Big Neck Records is providing the proper vinyl release of this instant classic in 2021.

Window Dressing Music Video Out Now!

The concept for the Window Dressing music video came to me clearly while going on a run one morning. This was actually a week or so before the song was set to release, and not at all what I had planned. But my sister, who’s also in the creative arts, had just moved to Brooklyn, and we hashed out the entirety of my vision and gave it a go.

GHASTLY: Finnish Death Metal Outfit Releases “Perdition” Single As Third LP

All the elements that made GHASTLY’s praised Death Velour album a rarefied jewel return in full splendor on Mercurial Passages; the memorably eerie slow burn buildups, the frantically vivid outbursts of speed, and dramatic trance inducing doom fragments that create a hypnotic psychedelia akin to being lost in infinite labyrinthine corridors perpetually folding in on themselves. Death metal for altered states of consciousness and mystifying wonder, rather than corporeal rot and earthbound materialism.

Night Battles Announce Their New Album “Year of No Days”

Night Battles tap into a dark place with their debut album “Year of No Days”. Drawing influence from iconic artists such as Killing Joke, Black Rebel Motorcycle Club, and Bauhaus, “Year of No Days” is an honest yet unapologetic exercise in self-examination. Combing elements of Post-Punk, Psych Rock and a sprinkling of Goth and Noise, Night Battles have arrived at a perfect storm of sound. Despite their decidedly dark sonic influences, “Year of No Days” retains a strong sense of melody and hook that belies the sometimes weighty and somber themes explored within. Guitarist Chris Skelly explains further what inspired them to write “Year of No Days”.
