Isa Marina new single “Paid Up” out now!

Influenced strongly by Isa’s love for Hip-hop and Reggaeton, “Paid Up” is an ode to self-love, confidence and freedom. On the track Isa showcases a new side to her vocal capabilities, marking her first performance with a heavily melodic and rap infused tone, as the cadence happily dances between Pop/R&B and Rap flows. The song was co-written by Isa and Chandra Rhyme. Alongside the strong bass and shakers, Isa comes in with her most rhythmic vocals yet. As a fan of hip-hop, she wanted to incorporate different flows and cadences in “Paid Up.”

Cole Scheifele’s Americana/Folk – “Company Clothes” Out Now

Premiering on Country Evolution as the third single off his upcoming album (The Hideaways) “Company Clothes” is about feeling trapped and stuck in the routine of a job that is unfulfilling or not true to who you are. Through the lyrics, Scheifele creates a character that most of us can identify with to some extent. The song itself is charming, gentle, and lush; at times breaking open into a larger moment, it is almost a reflection of how these feelings work.

ACID’S TRIP: step on the gas with rock’n’roll debut album streaming in full!

“It’s a party, it’s a show, it’s catchy, fun, classic and of its moment. And at its core is a band with a more than capable sense of delivery and a clarity of vision. They know what they want their songs to do. They want them to dance, to careen and twist along back roads at probably too-high speeds.” describes The Obelisk editor.

REALITY GREY’s Unleash Most Brutal Video “Preachers of Hatred”; New Album Out May 7th

“With “Beneath This Crown” we wanted to go beyond everything we have done in the past both musically and lyrically. We were able to develop our most experimental side. The album has very different feels throughout the track listing; every song is a stand-alone story as we never liked to copy ourselves on and on. The writing process has been heavily influenced by movie soundtracks, especially sci-fi soundtracks,’ something that goes beyond a classic heavy metal song. We wanted to get very personal and original with this album and I think we nailed it!”

Our new single is about the trickery our subconscious mind plays on us when we’re feeling low. “Sad Girls Club” explores self-deprecation, unworthiness, and being burdensome.

When a lot of our daily distractions came to a halt during the first month of quarantine, a lot of our demons came to visit.

Australia’s princess of dark pop, CXLOE is thrilled to reveal new music is on the very near horizon, announcing that her first single for 2021 ‘Cry & Drive’ is out now. ‘Cry & Drive’ stands as the first track following her debut EP Heavy Part 1 last year and sees CXLOE stepping into an honest vulnerability in a way she has not leaned fully into before. “The (Australian) Heavy Tour will be the first time I get to play my new single ‘Cry & Drive’ so I’m really excited for everyone to see a different side of me and my music, “ she explains. “The song is vulnerable and sonically unlike anything I’ve put out before.”

Kristen Miller – Cello Journeys

“Soothing and adventurous, Kristen Miller’s Cello Journeys is a collection of seven distinctly different cello pieces, each designed to take the listener on a journey. Richly textured and intricately woven, each piece sets a mood and invites the listener to travel to a different musical landscape. From the blissful, calming “October” to the Celtic-flavored mixed meter of “Away,” smoothly bowed cello phrases soar over tastefully layered gentle percussion and cello pizzicato. William Huffman of Jam Magazine says, “Miller is a master of her instrument, knows how to get what she wants from it, musically and emotionally.”

Jenny March Releases Visualizers Off Debut EP “Madness”

The collection offers listeners an abundance of bad ass energy through high octane pop bops which fuse 80s and 90s production nostalgia with a modern flair that detail being unapologetically true to who you are and not caring about what people think. Once restrained by other’s opinions, the EP has allowed Jenny to fully embrace herself and gives listeners a peak into the “madness” taking place inside her head: the good, the bad and everywhere in between. Through each of the six tracks, she offers a true piece of herself and her journey to who she has evolved into today as both an artist and a young woman.

Co-produced by Rodgers and Mark Ralph (Tove Lo, MARINA), “Who’s Hurting Who” arrives as a gloriously upbeat piece of soul-pop, perfectly showcasing Savoretti’s alluring vocal presence. With its dance-ready grooves, glistening guitar riffs, and lavish string arrangements, the song fully embodies the elegant escapism of Europiana, an album Savoretti describes as “the music of my childhood summers, remade for today.” But despite its undeniably fun spirit, “Who’s Hurting Who” also bears an intense emotional power. “It’s my take on the great Kris Kristofferson’s song ‘Nobody Wins,’” Savoretti reveals. “About behavior I’m all too familiar with, but hopefully is behind me. It’s a serious song in shiny packaging.”

Modern Modern Life Shares New Track “How Ya Been?”

Written during the first lockdown in 2020, “How Ya Been?” is the third track to drop from the London producer’s debut 6-track EP Hard Copy. “For me it encapsulates the feeling of missing someone you care deeply for and not being able to see them, set against the craziness of the world at the time,” the artist muses of the bouncy upbeat track, accompanied by the self-made visualizer.

This week Model Child releases their new EP Unscrewed, a collaboration between LA-based songwriter/musician Danny Parker (aka Model Child) and celebrated producer Rusty Santos (Panda Bear, Animal Collective, Owen Pallet, DJ Rashad). Ahead of the release, Parker has shared the catchy-as-hell, electro-punk single “Zipper,” featured today at Flaunt, who said “The four-track EP is fast. It’s chaotic. It’s experimental. It’s strange in the best way. It’s impossible not to get lost in the sounds and feel the energy that Model Child and producer Rusty Santos put into it course through your veins.”

Once again, his verbal gymnastics instantly impress. As a laidback beat simmers, he rhymes with intent and infectiousness. In the accompanying music video directed by Declan Kyle, he connects two cables with a purple electric current before lighting up every scene to follow. All kinds of superhero-style antics ensue as he shocks hip-hop with a jolt of his signature electricity.

Young Dolph Shares “Hashtag,”

Young Dolph lives the life of a boss, but he never forgets the unfortunate circumstances he was able to escape. Taking time to enjoy the fruit of his labors, Dolph shares “Hashtag,” his new music video. An ominous heater produced by Memphis native Sosa808, “Hashtag” is a lyrical showcase for the Paper Route EMPIRE CEO, as he crafts hooks out of repeated phrases and emphasizes the importance of giving his kids the kind of life he never could’ve dreamed of when he was younger: “VS1 rocks in my ears and they all in my bracelet/My lil’ boy wear Rolex, my daughter wear a diamond anklet.” In the video, directed by Dolph himself under the Paper Route Pictures, Dolph kicks back in a Miami hotel room with a vixen, rocking the same Dior bucket hat and Cartier glasses he references in the song. “Hashtag” is the latest video from Dum & Dummer 2, Dolph’s recent collaborative album with PRE’s own Key Glock.

Malacoda Streams New Video For “The Harsh Law”

The Harsh Law is the last track off of Crawling Chaos. It’s got a lot of groove to it and while it doesn’t have any solos I still think it’s one of the cooler guitar based songs because of the riffs! Drums were played by Elie Bertrand who was a real pleasure to work with. I think we had found footage of her playing a Pantera cover online somewhere and were sold on trying to get her to collaborate with us.

Duncan commented about the album,”I’m really excited that Mea Kulpa, the upcoming WaxWorm album, is going to be released this summer. The project, which is a collaboration between me and my friend Arthur Brown, grew out of just throwing sounds and ideas around and letting the music evolve naturally. We wanted to make something heavy without using guitars, and we also wanted to borrow some ideas from electronic music and industrial. We’re really proud of the way the music turned out. We call dark electro-chaos, and we hope you enjoy the record.”

Butch Dawson – Hummer

Produced and written by Butch, “Hummer” showcases his high-energy flow that he effortlessly amplifies with a menacing and bass-heavy instrumental. Poised to become the summer anthem for Gen-Z, “Hummer” serves as lead track from his forthcoming EP Stardust, out June 25th.

The foundation of Lammping’s sound is rooted in Jay Anderson’s heavy drumming and Mikhail Galkin’s melodic riffs. With the addition of samples, drum machines and a variety of instrumentation, the upcoming LP’s sonic palate is just as indebted to Stereolab, De La Soul and Kraftwerk as it is to Black Sabbath, Blue Cheer and Sleep.

The music industry was different in the 1990s. Rock ‘n’ roll ruled the roost. Spotify had yet to be invented. It was during this golden age — somewhere between Bill Clinton’s inauguration and the start of the New Millennium — that a rock band named Wanderlust made its stand.

Track Released Today from Meena

‘Can’t See’ follows up the band’s debut EP last year, whose opening track “Porch” saw praise from outlets like We All Want Someone to Shout For, Little Dose of Indie, Independent Music Reviews, and others.
