At the time I was big into skating, so Fantasy Factor had all the elements in a show I could ask for.”

Orla Gartland is a “Zombie!” Rescue Ranger in Cinematic New Video
Orla shares: “I directed this video with my best friend Greta Isaac. It’s the weirdest video idea we’ve ever had, I kind of can’t believe we made it. The song is about the frustration of being with someone who can’t express their emotions, someone who suppresses everything they feel until one day it all comes to the surface; absolute chaos. In this video I’m a self-appointed Zombie Rescue Ranger, roaming through a quaint English town collecting the (rare) tears of zombie boys – and in a quest to save rounding the zombies up to set them free. Yeah, weird. The song topic is heavy but like the track I wanted the video to feel energetic and light – that kind of juxtaposition is really interesting to me! Making this video was so much fun.”

JOSEPH BLACK FIGHTS TO STAY AFLOAT IN NEW WES ANDERSON INSPIRED VISUAL
Inspired by American filmmaker Wes Anderson known for his symmetry, eccentricity and distinctive narrative style, the visual opens up with a dirty run-down apartment that reveals a lonely Joseph drinking intercut with a montage of blurry film. Black bravely gives viewers a glimpse into the life of a hopeless romantic experiencing love lost while he stumbles around his apartment. The nakedly honest pop-rap track is the perfect soundtrack for this widely complex visual that effortlessly captures Joseph’s raw & emotional inner struggle to cope with betrayal. As the story continues to unfold, Joseph finds himself fully clothed and submerged underwater fighting to stay afloat – a visual eerily similar to the way Joseph feels inside.

JIU JITSU has been dominating the rankings ever since arriving at the end of March. With Netflix’ customer base of over 200 million subscribers, Dimitri predicted right that there was going to be a great number of them intrigued by the prospect of seeing the famously eccentric actor Cage wielding a staff as a team of mercenaries and martial artists battle against extraterrestrial invaders. The movie is based on a comic of the same, which was co-written by Dimitri, and has been a big hit for Netflix, as it made it to the number four movie on Netflix’s Top Films chart, and is in the number five spot on the streamer’s overall chart (which includes both TV shows and movies).
Dimitri would love to share how he made the film (and a heavily special effects film at that) at a 1/10th the budget of the movies he is beating on Netflix.
JIU JITSU aims to satisfy the millions of martial arts, comic & science fiction fans across the globe with world class martial artists joining Cage for formidable, no-holds-barred fight sequences set in exotic Burma. Not since MANDY has anyone seen a Nicolas Cage character quite like this, with Cage starring in JIU JITSU as a martial arts legend set to save the planet against an alien invader…yes you heard that right. Cage stars alongside Tony Jaa (Fast and Furious 7, xXx: Return of Xander Cage), Frank Grillo (Avengers: End Game), Rick Yune (Fast and the Furious) and world’s top martial arts artist Alain Moussi (Kickboxer: Retaliation).
