OCTOPUS MONTAGE STANDS AGAINST EMOTIONAL MANIPULATION WITH SEETHING NEW SINGLE “DON’T RUN YOUR MOUTH”!
Following on from the unapologetic “Voices”, the anthemic “Grow Up”, the candid “Right Here With Me”, the vicious “A Shortcut” and the dynamic “Dopamine”, dynamic pop-punk/metalcore quartet Octopus Montage now presents yet another notable single – the seething “Don’t Run Your Mouth”. Proving the formation’s undeniable ability to fully explore and utilize the wide spectrum of the genre specifics that the pop-punk style is often associated with, this single offers a proof for Octopus Montage’s ability to showcase sincere and honest emotions, thoughts and well-crafted music compositions through a variety of different music elements, not showing tendency to constantly exploiting the same methods for expression over and over. The phrase “stick it to the man” is often used to describe the group’s attitude when it comes to what they write about and “Don’t Run Your Mouth” is another example of this and continues to prove that Octopus Montage will not hold back on speaking opinions on subjects in which the members of the formation feel passionate about.

BONES Ruminates in the Rain in the “PopRocks” Video
An unceasing worker with a loyal army of fans, BONES is a pivotal figure in underground internet rap. Sharing the brooding visual for a ruminative track, BONES shares “PopRocks.” Blessed with a textured beat from TeamSESH producer Deergod, “PopRocks” finds BONES switching between clipped raps and laid-back singing, as he sends a message that he’s not one to be trifled with: “The world is nothin’ but bad news and cancer/Knocking on the devil’s door and I’m the one that answers.” Directed by Jeff Frutski, the video reinforces that message, as the 27-year-old rapper cuts an imposing figure while delivering his rhymes in a stylishly rendered rainstorm. “PopRocks” is the opening track from PushingUpDaisies, the upcoming collaborative album from BONES and Deergod.
My new single, “Fallback Girl,” is a powerful pop anthem about personal growth. If you’ve taken the time to heal and grow from a situation, you can allow yourself to find perspective within future challenges.
