ZANE COPPARD RELEASES COVER CELEBRATING DRALMS ‘LOVE WRITE’S ITSELF’ 1 YEAR ALBUM ANNIVERSARY

Having been Dralms touring drummer for a number of years, it feels as though Zane Coppard’s cover of Plants Behind Glass is a long time in the making. Originally starting out as a session drummer in Vancouver’s bustling music scene Zane started to hone his songwriting and production craft around the time of playing with Dralms (2015-2018). Zane had toured Europe with Dralms a number of times as well as appearing on Radio Q in Toronto and had become close with the band, cementing their first collaboration in terms of a remix of Dralms song ‘Usage’.

Zane quote: ” This cover is a total rehash of one of my favourite songs of all time, Plants Behind Glass by Dralms. I’d been diving into mixing and engineering throughout COVID and was looking for projects to be involved with in order to refine my skills. I’d bugged Chris (singer from Dralms) to let me do a remix from ‘Love Writes Itself’ and we settled on a cover.”
