Nonconnah — Zachary and Denny Wilkerson Corsa — share their most ambitious sonic tapestries yet, spun across four extended tracks of swirling guitars and haunted static frequencies, and joined by special guests Owen Pallett (Final Fantasy, Arcade Fire) and synthwave juggernaut Jenn Taiga.
Directed by Fousheé, co-directed by frequent collaborator Zach Sulak and shot in Los Angeles, Fousheé displays the empowering meaning behind being ‘single af’ in celebratory style with friends. At the end of the video in a short skit there is a suitor attempting to get her attention, played by rising, genre-bending creative and artist Teezo Touchdown.
Scott Sean White Builds A Foundation On His Songcraft And His Truth With Debut Album Call It Even
or a songwriter who can produce such magical, poignant, and moving songs, it’s probably no coincidence that Scott Sean White now makes his home in a place called Poetry, Texas. Like Guy Clark and Lori McKenna, White is a writer’s writer. “Some songwriters spend precious time struggling to find their truth and make it rhyme,” says fellow Texas troubadour and songwriting legend, Jack Ingram. “Others just pick up their guitar and tell it. Scott Sean White is one of the others.” Ingram is just one in a long list of songwriters and artists who praise White’s songcraft—Nashville Songwriters Hall of Fame members Tom Douglas, Tony Arata, and Doug Johnson are all outspoken fans as well. “I think God gives us art to penetrate the scar tissue on our hearts to make us feel something again,” says Douglas. “[White] uses artistry and craft for that very purpose.” Needless to say, they are all thrilled to see White send his tunes off for the world to hear.

CHARLOTTE CARDIN ANNOUNCES DEBUT ALBUM PHOENIX
“I have always been torn between my true desires and what I chose to present to the world. This conflict of will has gotten me to feel very empty at a young age and is still something I struggle with. Making this album took two years, because I started the writing process trying to keep control over what I wanted to show. It eventually became obvious, though, that I needed to embrace accessing those true impulses for my music (and my life) to make any sense whatsoever. The more I realized certain things about myself in the process, the angrier I got for not understanding them earlier. This conflicting loop of shame versus growth gave birth to ‘Phoenix.’
sad alex Celebrates the Single Life with “dating myself”
“Dating is weird and hard and confusing and a lot of work, so I found a loophole,” says sad alex. “Rather than digging through new people or recycling or old exes, why not date someone you’ve literally known your entire life? No, I don’t mean your parents. That’s weird, stop. And maybe it’s time for you to move out of their basement. I mean you. Yeah, YOU! Date yourself, baby. No mysteries there. No pointless fights about what to do for date night, no pent-up frustration about those weird mouth noises they make while eating potato chips, no more clumsy, clueless clowns. Fall in love with yourself and watch your life fall into place. Thank me later!”
DeeCRACKS RELEASES VIDEO FOR “WE CAN’T HELP IT”

Serious Issues is the follow-up record to the band’s 2017 LP, Sonic Delusions. The band toured relentlessly around the world in support of the album including a month-long European tour with the legendary CJ Ramone.

New animated video for Willie Nelson-Diana Krall duet, “I Won’t Dance,” premiering today 2/12
Inspired by classic cartoons, fashion illustrations and Hollywood glamor, screwball and slapstick comedies, the “I Won’t Dance”animated short film incorporates stylized avatars of Willie Nelson and Diana Krall performing their wry duet in a vibrant impressionistic cosmopolitan setting. A Dreambear Production, “I Won’t Dance” was animated by Manuel Casares and Antonio Corral (aka Crocantes), “a duo of crazy people who live in Granada (Spain) and have grown up with comics, science fiction and cartoons.” Their special affection for 20th century American culture shines in their illustrated animated narrative for “I Won’t Dance.”
Birdy said of the track: “I’m really excited to share ‘Loneliness’ from my new album Young Heart. When I wrote the song there were two characters in my head, a mischievous one and another who’s being led astray. It’s not so much about leaving someone but more of a love song to Loneliness.”
Ervin Stellar is the public persona of Andrew Jordan, who moved from New York to Nashville following his 2018 album, The Moment. That relocation is referenced in the first line of Nothing to Prove’s title track, setting up a series of musical snapshots that encompasses three original songs and two well-chosen covers—all of which are executed in a hard-to-pin-down mix of organic tones and greasy grooves, whether or not a full-band treatment is involved. His sound is a reflection of his youth in Southern Michigan, where his mother preferred country on the radio while his dad enjoyed playing jazz records at home. “Elements of that have crept into my sound now,” he says. “I like tapping into it, the subliminal pulse. Much of the arrangements are electric, but the foundation of it could just as well be unplugged, lights out.”
