We were driven by excitement and curiosity while writing it and we’ve never explored such a wide variety of sonic territory before, so we truly hope these songs resonate with you the way they do with us.”

Flawes Release “What’s A Boy To Do” Off Upcoming ‘Reverie’ EP

The music community has shown a huge amount of ingenuity in trying to connect with fans while conventional shows can’t happen. But no one has done anything quite like what Flawes did to bring their recent single “Holding Out For The Win” to attention. They aimed to break the world record for the most individual livestreamed performances of a single song in a twelve-hour session. And that’s exactly what they achieved, completing a staggering 60 performances of the track – and all without frontman JC Carruthers losing his voice.

TOWNSHIP Release Their Lost Album ‘Life Starts Tonight’ More Than A Decade Later!

This lost album, recorded in early September 2009, is the last to feature original drummer and founding member Greg Beadle, as well as guitarist Matty Smart. Though the writing came from Marc and John, Greg had a firm hand in the arrangement, tone, and overall approach to the album: big rock, tracked live, minimal overdubs, no ballads, no harmonies, and no acoustic guitars (if possible). Greg and Chris McLaughlin (Engineer/Co-Producer) worked tirelessly to get big, live, unique drum sounds to match the power and immediacy of the songs. When paired with John’s EB-0 through his trusty Acoustic 140, stereo Les Pauls, and high-octane, dynamic vocals, the record busts out of the speakers like the Kool-Aid man. However, it was left shelved for over a decade.

FOXES Shares New Track “Hollywood” || Out Now On [PIAS] Recordings

Revealing some of the most challenging experiences she had chasing her dreams to Los Angeles as a young songwriter, Foxes comments: “Anyone who has spent some time in Los Angeles will understand the long shadow that amazing city can cast. When you step away from the glimmering lights and the star studded parties it can be a hard place, echoing with feelings of loneliness, isolation and rejection. I wrote this song after an extended stay in West Hollywood when I was feeling completely overwhelmed and really struggling as a young artist trying to make sense of it all”

Arsun’s New Track Debuts in YSL Campaign, Shares “Bleed In Vain” Via Glide

On the song, Arsun says: “Bleed In Vain” is supposed to have a feeling like you’re walking through molasses. The recording session was late at night and I was tired, might’ve even been sick, and that’s how it’s supposed to feel. It’s supposed to feel like the time between late night and early morning. I think the song is more about the atmosphere than the specific meaning, it can really mean whatever you want it to.

RYDYR Releases Music Video for “Fly Away” with Rerelease of “Wonderful Life”

“With this year being so wild and changing on us all, the direction of this latest project changed as well. ‘Fly Away’ was a song I had written a few years back, and felt that I needed to add it to this EP. So we reproduced it to the version you are hearing now,” shares RYDYR. “The title of the EP These Things Always Change is a line from the first verse of this song. Followed by the line “..But shame on me I stay the same…” When I set out to make music as RYDYR I always want to give you my truth and soul in all my music. So even with a world changing around us, I hope that everyone who listens feels a sense of peace and the ability to escape a bit, while remembering to always maintain peace and a true sense of self. It felt so right to go up to the pines in Northern California where my grandparents live, where I feel most unplugged and free, and film this video. Big thanks to everyone involved. Hope you enjoy.”
