The King’s Parade share dark visuals ‘Brother’

London based alt-soul outfit, The King’s Parade just revealed the video for their latest single, ‘Brother’. Darker in tone than anything they have released before, the video focuses on a sinister incident that takes place between two brothers while on the coast. Talking about the video, frontman Olly Corpe explains: “This is without a doubt one of the most challenging and potentially dangerous videos we’ve ever made. It involved taking a seven year old boy in a dinghy out onto a choppy sea while Sam and I had to keep hold of the boat at all times, and duck underwater at regular intervals to stay out of shot. The team also had to contend with capturing the main sequence in one shot whilst remembering that the whole video would be shown backwards, and in slow motion…”

Along with the newly reimagined release of the track, Vaeh is also gearing up to release a new video with Boi Band for the song on November 10th. “Getting to film this video with Boi Band was such an incredible experience. They were all so warm and welcoming, and I felt like a bonus member,” explains Vaeh. The video was an integral part of the journey of loving herself and finding a way to express a piece of her that she was terrified to look at.

Inspired by his religious beliefs, Andrew wants to create music that highlights human dignity and love; and overcoming fear and adversity with hope and faith. Andrew Jahn’s upcoming album “The Journey Within”, deals with four main human emotions and experiences related to hope, sorrow, grief and joy.
