A few weeks after unveilling the song “Bittersweet And Pathetic”, French sludgecore/rock/metal practioners Colossus Of Destiny shared another audio/video excerpt from their forthcoming album with “A Song From My Ex-Girlfriend’s Mixtape” (featuring a “secret” guest) and available right now on YouTube.
Both tracks will feature on ‘Last Call’ planned for a worldwide release on November 30th & CD/Digital through all legal platforms.
A pallet of new Gibson Adam Jones 1979 Les Paul Custom Silverburst guitars has been stolen from a Sweetwater Music truck at the Flying J Travel Center in Whiteland, IN on October 30, 2020. The truck was en route to Fort Wayne, IN, the headquarters of Sweetwater Sound.
“Somehow out of a truck full of guitars, this ONE pallet was singled out and stolen at a truck stop,” says Sweetwater Chief Supply Chain and Merchandising Officer Phil Rich. “Totaling close to $95,000 in guitars, we feel this person/s knew exactly what to look for and when.”

Yusuf / Cat Stevens Shares Unearthed Video For “Lady D’Arbanville”
As part of the 50th anniversary celebration of Yusuf / Cat Stevens’ classic album Mona Bone Jackon, a video recorded to promote the opening track “Lady D’Arbanville” has been rediscovered while delving deep in his vaults. Recorded in 1970, the video combines newly remastered audio with footage which features the song’s muse Patti D’Arbanville herself, supporting the song’s somber yet romantic mood.
As final results continue to come in to conclude the election of 2020, Joy to the Polls emerged as the biggest, most wide-spread music activation in American history. Between the Spotify playlist series and live performances, Joy to the Polls launched a movement comprising all 50 states plus Washington, DC, and Puerto Rico.

Premiere: The Cut Losses Return from 4-year Hiatus
Vancouver’s Patrick McWilliams first solo-return as “The Cut Losses” since 2016’s hiatus and the viral Lightning Dolphin EP, amassing hundreds of thousands of streams on Spotify, is here titled “I Wanna Live on the Sun” via PMPR! Records. The song follows a series of publicity stunts (i.e. search ‘Patrick McWilliams party bus’) and is a bratty dream-pop anthem for getting away, distraction and escapism- something we all need a little of right now. The new song, out November 6th, is the precursor to a full-length album out in 2021, and follows a live stream show at Little Mountain Studios where AC/DC, Metallica and others have recorded albums.

The Japanese-Australian artist has created a track Taking inspiration from artists such as fellow Brisbane favourites Last Dinosaurs, Ultra Dude has developed a song filled with catchy melodies and crisp guitar riffs synonymous with indie-rock. To create his artist name, he reminisces about his childhood: “Ultra Dude is a play on words. There is a Japanese superhero named “Ultra Man” that I loved as a kid and collected all the action figures. Changed the “Man” to “dude” because I’m a surfer from the gold coast,” Ultra Dude explains.
