Seattle-based artist and Blue Helix frontman Sami Chohfi has released “Extraordinary World,” the final advance single and title track from his debut solo LP out on Friday.

“Despite the hardships that 2020 has brought us, it’s an ‘Extraordinary World’ out there and Sami Chohfi is observing it all,” V13’s Aaron Willschick writes in their premiere of the “World” video. “Chohfi has taken the time to improve as a musician and become a more mature artist, which is evident throughout the more sophisticated Extraordinary World.”

Sydney indie duo Dust Of Us unveil music video for evocative single ‘7 Years’

Pouring elements of nostalgia, introspection and self-awareness into their songwriting, Sydney sibling duo Dust Of Us were quick to garner attention with the release of their single ‘7 Years’ last year. Nashville, TN’s In Parallel will release their new EP “Fashioner” (mixed by Ken Andrews of Failure, Year Of The Rabbit) on September 4th via Wiretap Records.

The band, which consists of members of Celebrity & Hopesfall, released their debut album “Broken Codes” in 2018, which yielded seven songs – touching on themes of power, control, and human connection.

The new “Fashioner” EP was recorded over the course of 2019 in the band’s home studio.
