Sailmaker – Absolutely delighted to share “Taste For The Sublime”

“Taste For The Sublime” is about how going through that process of listing things that you’re thankful for in your own life can instil a greater sense of positivity, and really benefit your mental health.

Sometimes it’s easy to forget a lot of things that we should be grateful for, when society tends to highlight things that we don’t have. Often as well, the simplest things can bring the most happiness or contentment, such as appreciating nature or a good friendship.

Juke says of the album, “Chapter 2 is the story of a fish leaving its pond (Guyana) in pursuit of a Dream. A fish out of fresh water in an ocean of many creatures; about crossing rivers against the tide, reaching the ocean and learning to swim in bigger waves. It’s about survival and freedom. It’s about dreamers. It encompasses the long hard road to being an artist. A road filled with beautiful instances of life if only you can perceive them. Plenty sunshine and of course a bit of rain. It is a sort of metamorphosis and its end places us right where we are now. At the end of a rainstorm and ready for summer.”

Laying waste to a DJ Chose & Hardbody B-Eazy beat, Fredo barks razor sharp bars of warning to the opps, declaring in blunt terms that he’s not one to be trifled with: “Say you got them drakes, b*tch you lyin’/Where you keep em at?/Say you got a body, but you lyin’/Need a receipt with that.” In the video, releasing today at 4pm ET, Fredo flexes with his homie and his Rottweiler in a foreign-filled garage. “Receipts” is the latest video to emerge in the wake of Most Hated, Fredo’s recent mixtape.

Many of us have been oscillating between inspiration and desperation over the past few weeks, and I haven’t always known what to do or say about it. Inside me at any given moment lie two distinct emotions: Rage & Sorrow. We focus a lot on the rage because it makes us feel powerful, but without acknowledging the sorrow, sometimes we end up only hurting ourselves. It is okay to feel both of these emotions, and to feel them deeply. The two songs I’m dropping tonight speak to my journey toward this emotional balance, and I hope everyone who listens finds similar peace. Happy Juneteenth. – BRELAND

AXEL RUDI PELL Releases New Single and Video!

German Guitar wizard AXEL RUDI PELL releases a new digital single and video for the song “Bad Reputation (single edit)” today. The song is taken from the new studio album “Sign Of The Times”.

Axel Rudi Pell: „Bad Reputation“ is one of the most melodic songs we ever recorded with a cool riff and a catchy chorus, so it was obvious choosing that track for a video clip. Everybody filmed himself at home and even in Corona times we had much fun doing it, as you can see! This is the “Single Edit” version, which is a little shorter than the album version.!”
