“Gimme The Beat Back” is the latest track unveiled from Andrews’ anticipated new album, Thirties, which will be released March 27 via Vulture Vulture/Tone Tree Music. Her first solo release in nearly five years and the first project she has co-produced, Thirties is a deeply personal record that chronicles the beauty and brutality of Andrews’ past decade. Through exploring the isolation and joys of motherhood, the loss of a partner and the path to standing up for yourself, Andrews uses the album to give a voice to the unsung moments and stories of women.

Philadelphia-based pop-rock band, Neverkept have released a new track titled “Reunion Tower.” The track follows the band’s previous two singles “Vertigo” and “Complicated,” rounding out what’s to be expected from the band in the future. “‘Reunion Tower’ is kind of the linchpin to this whole process; energetic and dramatic, fun but melancholy,” says the band. “We have a lot in the tank and really wanted to show some diversity in our catalog so far.”

Norwegian electronic artist Gundelach shares stunning “My Frail Body”
A calmer, more contemplative affair than 2018’s acclaimed Baltus, the record opens with an atmospheric collage built around a set of field recordings made by the artist last summer in the Dutch nature reserve of Het Twiske. There, surrounded buy green meadows and dense, verdant forest, Gundelach had his first encounter with psychedelic mushrooms. Today he shares the visual for “My Frail Body” (directed by Eivind Landsvik) with Northern Transmissions. You can watch here.

“En Las Noches” is a reminder that family separation remains unresolved. With ramping synths and powerful lyrics, Bastida wrote “after reading about family separation, about detention centers that held hundreds of children who were taken from their parents causing extreme trauma.”
