ARKONA: No Clean Singing Streams Age Of Capricorn Album By Polish Black Metal Act

ARKONA is where the lightless spirits of second and third wave black metal assume modern form in an all too relatable maelstrom of degradation and disquiet, alienation and anger, hypnosis and horror. Recorded, mixed, and mastered at Impressive Art Studio, Age Of Capricorn is blessed with a crisp production that foregrounds a jackhammer relentlessness of near-industrial proportions, leaving the listener gasping for air as they are bludgeoned into inverted cathedrals of sound. The album is completed with cover art and layout by Church Of Chaos Multimedia.

South African born, Northern California raised artist Nick Leng returned in wondrous fashion with gorgeous, intricate indie offering Lonely Shade Of Blue in early November, gaining the acclaim of the likes of Wonderland Magazine, FAULT and more in the process. Shot on a 35mm surplus reel gifted by Anderson, Lonely Shade of Blue is the first music video ever filmed at The Record Collector, a legendary Los Angeles based record store. A melancholic break up ballad, the video for the track follows him through an oceanside dream-state haunted by the memory of love lost to time and the pain of letting go.
