ELDEN (Swe) – release new album “Nostromo” on January 24th
Elden believes in the power of heavy metal riffs, melodic choruses and an all out head banging experience. Formed in 2012 in Karlstad, Sweden, the band started writing songs influenced by artists like Mastodon, Baroness, The Sword and classic bands from the 70´s and 80´s. They recorded and released their first demo one year later and performed on a regular basis at local venues. Come 2015, Elden released their first EP and started touring across the country.

Directed by Chloe de Brito, the video follows a seventies-style title card with visuals that evoke the earthy and entrancing nostalgic spirit of classic fantasy from the golden age of maverick filmmaking. Grainy camera captures the magic of lush forests and rolling hills as CXLOE lithely dances and sings styled in Boho chic. She immediately entrances as the track levitates from glitchy production wizardry into a gorgeous and glorious refrain.
FEET Share New Single “Vegetarian Christmas”
Today, UK band FEET share their new single “Vegetarian Christmas,” a jangly ode to Linda McCartney and “alternatives to meat”. “‘Vegetarian Christmas’ is about the wholesome alternative” explain the band. “Teach, don’t preach is the songs philosophy. We’re presenting the option and asking what’s on your plate this Christmas? Food and tradition are closely linked in this country and we believe it should not reflect the past without working towards a more positive future. Nothing’s a tradition until it starts. KEVIN GATES UNVEILS VIDEO FOR “BAGS”
Today, Bread Winners Association recording artist Kevin Gates released a new visual to accompany his hit track “Bags” from his sophomore album I’M HIM. In the new video, the self-made rapper shows his hustle to get his bag, opposite a female hustler who is also out to get Gates’ bag for herself. The moody, tongue-and-cheek visual is streaming now on Gates’ official YouTube channel HERE.

She will be touring in support of Jaime, her debut solo album, which is already turning up on numerous critics’ “Best of 2019” lists, including that of The New York Times’ Jon Pareles. New Music From The Who “WHO” Out Now On Polydor/Interscope Records
The eleven-track album was mostly recorded in London and Los Angeles during Spring and Summer 2019 and was co-produced by Pete Townshend & D. Sardy (who has worked with Noel Gallagher, Oasis, LCD Soundsystem, Gorillaz) with vocal production by Dave Eringa (Manic Street Preachers, Roger Daltrey, Wilko Johnson). Singer Roger Daltrey and guitarist and songwriter Pete Townshend are joined on the album by long-time Who drummer Zak Starkey, bassist Pino Palladino along with contributions from Simon Townshend, Benmont Tench, drummers Carla Azar and Joey Waronker, bass player Gus Seyffert and Gordon Giltrap.

Known for his sound design work, Beatific frontman Elad Marish was a songwriter long before becoming a respected industry figure and President of the American Association of Music Producers. While not Marish’s first band or side project by any means, Beatific is the first collaboration between him and Jeremy Black, the former drummer of Apollo Sunshine known more recently for his collaborations on the Bon Iver and The National-organized music festival PEOPLE.
Authority Zero Celebrating 25 Year Anniversary with 2 Disc Set (“Live At The Rebel Lounge”)
Long-running Mesa, AZ-based melodic punk/rock/reggae act Authority Zero will ring in their 25 year anniversary as a band, with the release of ‘Live At The Rebel Lounge,’ a 24-track double LP consisting of the band’s greatest hits and fan favorites, recorded live last July in front of a rapturous hometown crowd over 2 sold-out nights at Phoenix’s The Rebel Lounge.
Accompanying the live album is ‘Authority Zero: Twenty Five Years In The Pit’ a limited-run 136-page hardbound retrospective photo book by David LeRoy Hunsaker, featuring over 250 images, which documents the band’s history over the last quarter-century.
The Spanish Artist Okuda San Miguel and His Team Are Returning to Miami Art Week
Following his success last year as invited artist, Okuda is back with a bang, this time at Scope Miami Beach for his exhibition “Plastic Island”, which reflects on the overuse of plastic and its impact on the environment. The artist’s work will be on display at Oasis, the new multidisciplinary space featured at the art fair this year.
