Brooklyn pop artist Laney Lynx hits back at shady Hinge matches on ‘Bad Attitudes’

Brooklyn artist Laney Lynx is releasing a catchy indie pop tune that represents her in a nutshell; vulnerability alongside boldness and optimism. Laney works hard without taking herself too seriously, inspired by the likes of HAIM, Sigrid, LÉON and Stevie Wonder.

Studying at Berklee College of Music in Boston allowed her to hone her songwriting craft, learning from Kara Dioguardi together with Charlie Puth, Betty Who and Maddison McFerrin. Her brand of soulful, electronic pop has seen her featured on MTV’s show The Freshmen and performing at Serena Williams wedding.

On the new single, Laney tells us “really hitting it off with a guy, saying how down to earth and great he was only to meet his friends and see that they are the exact opposite, making you question whether they are being truthful or not.”
