‘The initial idea for the music video came pouring right out of the first listen. The band had already done all the hard work creating a really defined tone and atmosphere, so we were simply putting images to that. We decided to shoot on super 16mm film which was challenging but well worth the gritty aesthetic that comes up in the final product. Having planned out meticulously timed long takes that went with the tempo of the track made editing the clip a matter of just assembling the pieces together. The whole process was very fun and organic in its development and execution.’
